1. 'Hamas using Palestinians as human shield'
Human shield definition: Civilians who are utilized to directly assist in military operations and protect military targets in warfare 

- rule 97 of international law prohibits human shield practice

- testimony of Al shifa 16-year working doctor reported by Al Jazeera: “I have never sensed any Hamas command center in Al Shifa” There No evidence was provided by Israel ever of having Hamas in Alshifa hospital, yet they entered and massacred the common population. (Source)

Instead, Israeli accused by international bodies of using civilians as human shields:-

1. In 2004, Muhammad said Badwan, a 13-year boy tied to a border forces vehicle by Israel as a human shield (source)
